Weighing belts
The integrated scales of the MHP 5200 measure 295 x 220 mm. Each scale is equipped with an intuitive LED indicator. On it, the colour scale indicates whether the weight of the punnet is correct, underweight or overweight. The LED-displays support the operator to achieve a remarkable reduction of giveaway. He can adjust the weight and fill the optimal weight in the punnets.
Storage for boxes
To ensure fast and optimised work, optional, ergonomically adapted box trays with integrated drip tray can be mounted on the combination scale. The input products can be placed on this. The settings enable a comfortable way of working. The workers always have the full boxes at hand.
Unifier belt
A line unifier can be mounted after the multi-belt-scale. This optimises the package handling in the material flow system. This
controls the delivery of the packs to the next station.
