Your apprenticeship at TopControl
- We know that constructive learning requires tasks and objectives. That is why we provide you with your personal apprenticeship plan, which will show you what you are going to learn during your apprenticeship, and when, in a systematic, easily understandable manner.
- The right equipment is often a costly matter. That is why we are giving you your own tool set on your very first day!
- To make sure you can always play it safe and have someone to answer your question professionally and capably at all times, you can always approach our long-time experienced staff in your department.
- Our staff are trained in supervising apprentices, which is why they can optimally prepare you for your tests and, most importantly, your final exam. Moreover, we offer additional support in the form of an internal preparatory course for the journeyman’s examination during your fourth year of apprenticeship. Being so well-prepared, you will pass with flying colours!
- After completing your apprenticeship, there are numerous possibilities at our company for you to continue to learn and develop and pursue your passions. Interesting projects await you!
